-Paypal Fees are shouldered by the client: Paypal Fee Calculator
-I will only start working on a commission when initial/full payment is received.
-All payments will be made via Paypal invoice in USD, VGEN & GCash/Bank Transfer (for PH clients outside of VGEN)
-Payment must be completed in full before final work is delivered
-Refunds are strictly prohibited

rights

I have the rights ;
-I hold copyright to my works
-I have the right to refuse a commission order
-Price may vary depending on complexity of the design
-Slots are filled per character, not per client
-I refuse draw another artists' art style, you're commissioning me to pay for my art style.

editing

amount of editing ;
-Major revision requests after sketching phase will incur a fee: $25
-No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.
-References in any form are highly appreciated! Please provide a color palette for skin tones especially for dark skinned characters to avoid confusion (Please provide 3-5 visual references)
- Regular illustrations take 1-2 weeks turnaround time. Will update clients if it will take longer than usual due to my situation. (emergencies, health breaks, etc.)
-It may take 4 - 8 weeks to finish the piece if it's a full illustration depending on my situation
There will be rush fees: $20 if you provide a tight deadline, minimum of 3 weeks
-Finished Illustrations will be sent through Gmail/Google drive/VGEN
-Please check my VGEN to check your commission status: WORK QUEUE

any other terms ;
-Client must not use it on AI, edit, trace, rigging, distribute, modify, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.
-Reselling of non-commercial works are strictly prohibited, this includes NFT
-Please credit @mochale_ or @mochale_art for work as accordingly.
